She came to us as a wee sweet pup. We loved her from the first as she was so obedient and loving. She was found to be dysplastic at a very young age, and had an injury to her back. We had her x-rayed at five months of age and then at one year. It looked as if there would be little we could do. We were told that she would have to have total hip replacements in the near future. But, we took her to a holistic vet, Dr. Edgar Sheaffer. He put her on special medicines and natural supplements.

Today she can run for hours in the woods and mountains, and swim long distances. We do not know how long she could go as we are worn-out long before she ever is. How wonderful that our Lillie is well and happy and enjoying life. Lillie is now 10yr old.
